QUESTIONS

Common questions.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your workspace stays exactly as you left it. We email you a few days before the trial ends. No card is required to start - you only enter billing details if you decide to keep going.

What counts as an "active user"?

Anyone who logs in during the billing month. Inactive accounts don't count. If a teammate goes on sabbatical for a month, they're not on your bill.

What about more than 10 users?

The Team plan starts at $40/month for the first 10 active users, then $2/user/month after that. A team of 25, for example, runs $70/month. Larger orgs get steeper volume discounts on the Enterprise plan. Talk to us.

Can a company run multiple workspaces?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. One corporate parent workspace owns separate sub-workspaces for each team or department. Each sub-workspace has its own channels, users, and admins, with shared SSO, billing, and audit log at the parent level.

How does data security work?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise customers get DPAs, BAAs, audit log export, and dedicated infrastructure on request.

Can I migrate from another chat tool?
